Thread: Alright, smuggler is definately cursed.

My friends and cohorts will agree that I am quite possibly the most unlucky smuggler in the galaxy. However, my looting record has been amazing since JtL was released. Within a few days after JtL and only a few dozen RE's, I received 2 Firespray disks. Sold them for a mil each. Last week I looted a godly 50.5 recharge rate capacitor in space, and have never seen anything nearly as good (though I haven't looked much...). Just last night I looted a +8 armor experimentation tape that should sell for at least 16 mil.
That's when it hit me: that darastic turnaround in luck (never gotten anything above a low-quality crystal before) came the moment I dropped smuggler for shipwright! I miss smuggler (especially FD.... how I miss FD....), but don't want to wait 4 more months for the revamp. I'll keep my eye on the smuggler forums and hopefully return is the revamp is as good as it should be.
Moral of the story: Smuggler is cursed! Get out while you still can!
Then again, maybe it's just because I talked back to the slicing gods, and they've lost their influence over me now that I'm not a smuggler. New moral: don't talk back to the slicing gods.
