Smuggler Archive

So the last two days have been pretty heavy on the Smuggler forum, and I haven't been able to post because of ISP problems. For those of you who have read some of my posts, you know I'm pretty harsh when I want to be, and sarcasm drips from them even more. Now keeping that in mind, what I'm about to say is about to even surprise me.

I'm glad Tiggs came by here. Not because she introduced Goliath (more on that in a sec), but because the last couple of posts are quite possibly the first time I've heard her talk straight with us. No we didn't reallyget any info, not that I expected any, but she finally said what needed to be said a long time ago. The crate pull issue is not big deal to them, and they don't know when it will be fixed. This is not said with anger or disdain, I'm stating it to simply point out to many where we sit in the priority list. The only thing that would have been nice would be if this had been stated sooner. Hell, brawlers got a response on Warcry with the last patch, and kmgorys (sorry bout the spelling man) was ignored again. I'm not jumping on the Tiggs love bandwagon, I'm saying as long as you come in here with straight talk (none of that cutesy stuff), and I'll respect it. I'm still gonna be harsh with my posts when I feel the need to be, but I do recognise you're a person caught in the middle of the customer and the people who seem to not think that these customers deserve any kind of recognition for their payments.

As far as how everything with Goliath/Ezekiel has gone, I'm quite disappointed. I realised right from the start of the thread what was being said, and how it was going to be misinterpreted by some. I never quite expected it to so wide spread though. I know many are sorry for it, and some are not. All I gotta say people is don't get blinded by the passion. (example: I love Smuggler, but I know the CU stands to do a lot for this game and have always been willing to wait til it's completion for our revamp... after the initial shock wore off of course :smileywink.

So let me say now, welcome BACK to the Smuggler forums Ezekiel. Unfortunately I think you're better off posting under that name from now on, but I welcome your input regardless of what name you post under. Doesn't matter what any of our jobs on, when we post here, we're Smugglers.Great job with the art work. I can't wait til I get to use my YT.
