Thread: No luv from the Geo cave?

Now, I'm sure this is an issue that has been covered before, but rather than necro some post from several patches ago...
Went on an excursion to the geo caves the other night as part of a group for the first time ever (I usually solo my way to the guard room and camp). I was absolutely suprised to find out that while I could easily slice my way through the cave at every door, the rest of my group was always left behind?!
What use are we as a support memberif we cant hack for our group?
The closest thing to a Slicer seen in the films would be R2-D2, and his primary function in this regard was to either hack a terminal to gain access to a locked doorway for his group, hack a terminal to stop an automated trash compactor from makingpancakes out of his group, hack a terminal to obtain data not otherwise accessable to the group, rewireing a hyperdrive that had been disabled, and jury rigging the engines of a vehicle (Luke's X-Wing)to increase its speed. As far as I know, none of these things are currently possible.

Sorry for the double post, can't edit yet.
I guess come to think of it, I don't really want an extra blast door to close over every door I need to get through. It was still Han who got them to open it from the inside though.

What was that quote from? Was that the door to the bunker on Endor? Guess he failed the roll... heh.
