as we can speak to smuggler-only junk dealers I was wondering if they give specific loot kits just for us...

Not sure. Read another post about it in Game Guides though, someone saying that Jawa's might sell smugglers some junk needed to complete the kits.

under fun and smugglers can't have that. Besides 1k reward? Yeah I'll get right on that.
