First of all, I'd like to thank SOE for making this profession available. It is without a doubt the most fun I've had in this game.
Okay, on to the questions...
Is there a point to getting more feign death skill when you have dirty fighting 1?
When I have the language comprehension, can I change my language that I speak to another that isn't available for others?

There is always a chance the the feign will fail. Increasing your skill is intended to increase the chances of a successful feign. However, it seems that the chances of a successful feign are always high. There is a point but doesn't seem to make much difference.
The only language no one else can understand is Lekku spoken by Twi'leks. I'm not sure...but I think we can only comprehend because we have no Lekku to move. Lekku is a combination of spoken word and the movements of the Twi'leks tendrils on their head.
You can toggle languages at the command line:
/dosh <-- speaks dosh
/lekku <-- speaks lekku
/basic (?) <-- goes back to galactic basic (may be /standard, not quite sure)
