Thread: Where can I find Illegal Core Boosters??!

No, this is not a "How can I ignore all the FAQ's and every other post on this subject!" post. I've read through every post I could find on this... I've spent hours at almost each spawn I've heard of. Tier 3 Avatars? Spent about 2-3 hours on them. Tier 4 Death Watch? About 3 hours there. Black sun Tier 4? Add in a few hours... Is there a better way that I'm missing? Or am I just incredibly lucky! I saw the post that said some guy got 5 ICB's in one hour around Red Sun Chimaera, and so I spent most of my time there, with nothing... I have even spent some time in Deep Space for a few hours! I haven't looted a single one!!! Is there a one-best spot for them? I heard of the spiderclan NCP's, but where do they spawn? And how hard are they if you don't have much damage output (master pistoleer/master smuggler/4000 CM)... I need some help here...

Buy a bunch of wuk's and salvage them you might get lucky.

I dont know about your server, but on bria they sell for 500k a crate!

When publish 21 goes live (if they don't change the loot table)these will be looted on the ground from high level bounty hunter marks, along with mandalorian intraframes and microplating.

one thing is they definatly need to increase the drops of these components atm i've gotten 2 blacksun helmets and no illegal core boosters which is a bit unreal. only drop i did get so far from a tier 5 ship in soace was the micro plating from a tier imp ship and trando infra frameoff from the avatar

Yeah, in space where I spend a lot of time (or as I like to call it "Space: See No Jedi, Hear No Jedi, Speak No Jedi") I've done several complete Black Sun T4 duty destroy missions, spend a lot of time in Deep Space fighting Rebels, Kessel the same and I've looted 2 ICBs - 1 off an T5 Rebel A Wing and 1 off of a T4 Hidden Daggers Ship. For the sheer number of Black Suns though - nothing - no ICB no helmet either.

I spent about 30 min on Dant running from spawn to spawn killing tier 4 stuff for exp and I just found a ICB in my inventory today, I'm thinking thats where it came from, though I did hunt a few DWB and BS fighters as well, but considering my luck with loot I can't imagine that I looted something worthwhile after 7 ships there.

Can anyone confirm the spiderclan NPC rumor? Because with my experiance hunting krayts (standing 60m away from them, FD'ing at the first sign of danger, while my jedi friend does all the work) I got at least 4 delicate triggers in an hour easily! It seems land spawns are a lot easier, and with the lack of land spawns for these, that is what makes them so rare.
