where do u loot these from cos i haven't got a clue or is it random loot

This is something we'd like to know as well. We've been told what MObs they are supposed drop from, however, those components actually dropping is to be determined. Personally, I'd prefer all the components craftable by any profession, and the slicing to be delt with as any form of contraband should. But hey, that's just me, and other people who want the "risk" to be in the correct place...
