If my boss repeatedly told me to go babble nonsensically to customers I would go look for another job.
Fact of the matter is she represents SOE and takes responsibility for SOEs face to the customers. If she can't do her job the way she would like she should quit. If she is doing her job the way she likes then we have a real problem...and she should quit.
Nothing against you Tiggs but you need to seriously evaluate the people you work for. If you find they are asking you to do things you don't agree with repeatedly you really ought to find another job.
If you think what they are asking you to say, or not say to us, is appropriate then we seriously have no use for you.
If you had left I'd have given you the benefit of the doubt that you found their treatment of us less than ethical. But you are still there towing the party line so the situation is a bit incriminating.

I'd like to know what it is " she cant talk about"!! I mean come on , we all know its going down the pan , why dont they just tell it like it is , they honestly aint got any more credibility to lose , and I can garuntee their competitiors aint looking to see what " great secrets" they have , unless theyre havin a look for a laugh ,
F.F.S SOE ,why cant you just "TALK TO US!!!" , not the farking silly replies you paste in from your" only use these replies list"!!...............can somebody get a message to the kno* ends who are managing to tell em that if they dont realise that customer service is ewhat willl save them , andunless pull their heads outta their a$$! , there wont be a game left for them to make money on!!!!!!!!!!!!
They'll be so busy working on balancing the light ingame( or something else equally IMPORTANT) so j3d3y3 can see them selves good enough to preen and show off , that they'll turn around and realise theres noone left!!!!!!!!!!

The "bigger things in the future" she is talking about are going to the Jedi profession in the form of a new FRS. I wonder if we will end up with a trashy smuggling system because that is what happened to our new slicing system.
Second, her canned and non-commital answer is the EXACT SAME thing we were told TWO YEARS AGO. That is over 700 days ago. Seven-hundred days. Noah sailed the sea for forty days, and we must suffer through SEVEN-HUNDRED. Did Moses wander through the desert longer than this? I really can't remember.
In other words it translates to: "Your revamp could be a pile of crap, and, guess what, you will wait for it for a long time."
