question is...what to ask.
Maybe a soft ball question like:
Will Smugglers be able to sell Hutt, Corsec...etc faction points now that JTL will be using these factions.

THrow him a hardball. Ask him this:
"TH, a month ago you told the smuggler community that the autopull issue was a result of a change to another portion of the game code and that it was 'only a matter of time' before the issue was fixed. The change was not fixed, it went live, and now we find out that the fix for this isn't even on the schedule for future mini publishes. Why was this dropped from the schedule, why weren't we told it was dropped, and when can we expect it to be resolved?"
Or:
"TH, the smuggler community has been waiting for an answer to the question of the spice downer change. This change was not discussed with the community, was not in the patch notes, and was pushed live with no regard for an already dying spice market. The smuggler correspondant was informed of the reason and then gagged under a non disclosure agreement. Why was this change made?"
Or:
"Given that JTL is approaching its release date, and after that, the Combat Balance and GCW changes, when can we expect to start a dialogue with the designer who will be producing the smuggler revamp which was promised over a year ago and has been pushed back to 'sometime after JTL is released'?"
Or:
"TH, when do you expect to undergo the surgery that will correct your rectal-cranial inversion, and how will we be able to tell the difference?"

Copy the first three, and keep bombarding the moderator with them till they are asked. With a number of different people hitting them up with the same questions, they will get to the DEVs.

I'd just like to know when they are going to fix our damn smuggler tool crates. Going on 3 weeks now...
