Thread: It almost does not seem fair....

I just watched ROTJ from the DVD set. After seeing the movie many times, I finally notice Han Solo "hot wireing"(slicing) the bunkar terminal on the forrest moon of Endor, and....well.....HE DID NOT HAVE A LAZER KNIFE!!! How is that fair? He did not even recieve the system message "you must have a precision laser knife to perform that function". Talk about an exploit. 
Perhaps they could make it possible for smugglers to slice without the knife, just not have as good a result if they do?
Just for those of you that may even THINK "how could he have never noticed that?"....I only recently became a smugglar and did not care/pay attention to ANYTHING Han did. *takes cover under/behind his desk for the incoming barage of fruit/vegitables*

Yes but you will remember he failed to open the doors so he probably should have had a knife.

That's no excuse...I never plan on doing any slicing (I run around /anon and untagged)...but I still have a pack full of clamps, kits, and knives...
Some smuggler he was...*pfft*...

He should have brought them though. Their mission was to take down an Imp base and we all know you need to slice a terminal to do that.
Now, Solo must have had some commando and some squad leader skills but who was the BE and BH? (did I forget any professions)
