Will slicing these weapons do any good??

Trandoshan Hunting rifle max damage=1155 speed=2.49 sac=82

Elite Carbine max damage=1052 speed 2.19 sac=73

Advanced Laser Rifle max damage=1059 speed=2.41 sac=82

I have read the faq but they appear to already be over the max listed? So the best i could improve is the critical chance??
