yesterday I just got a -1% speed slice on a weapon, I'm a master smuggler and I just wanted to know if this might be a bug or if it is intentional to possibly go into the negatives when slicing?

this has happened to me before aswell with a -5% slice

I believe its a bug, since slicing is royal hosed right now....

I got a -1 % slice on a weapon, yet the stats still got better. I just don't remember by how much though.

Less speed is good. -% is a good thing. It means it decreased the time to make the shot.

Same w/ pups now.

yeah, +% speed = slower... cuz... my pups have +% speed and my guns DPS goes down with them on it.

if tha is true thats the complete opposite of pre CU and tha would also indicate that you only ever improve the speed once every 20 or so times i belive the - on the slices in just a glitch and it still slices for the same amount
