What is the highest DPS weapon now after CU for a CL 60 Master Smuggler?

Would probably be a DL-44 XT, even as a MS/MC its my highest DPS weapon. The Renegade Pistol is good as well. A decent Laser Rifle is a good thing to have too. Pretty much all non-profession certed weapons are CL54 so at 60 you have a great selection. There is a sticky of the CU weapons in the weaponsmith forum that may be worth your time.

my best gun is a krayted renegade, though I mostly use my proton carb for the low action cost.

I personally carry a Krayted Rennie and a FWG(kinetic's nice to have handy-- seems like it's better for PvP). I also carry a laser rifle that converted really well and an Elite Carbine for longer distance shots. All are very nice.

I have my krayted renegade for when I need speed or just when I really want something that looks and sounds sexy. If you ever go pistoleer as well then try to get some krayted pre CU republic's. I still haven't found a higher dps pistol than the pair of 'em that I have.
