An intresting thing happened to me. Just for grins and giggles I tried to slice a grenade that has been sitting in my safe deposit box forever. I could not do it. I got a system message saying that the weapon already exceeds the max capacity of the weapon. I also got some 1% speed slices on some nice rifles.

The only conclusion I can come to is that all weapons and armor have a absolute maximum than can be reached either through just materials or a combination of materials and slicing.

There is alot of possibilities here.

First off, by setting a maximum reachable by weaponsmiths and armorsmiths, it means that you don't have to have a sliced weapon to be competive and in fact high quality weapon or armor that have not been tampered withare worth alot more. It'slays thegroundwork for a tougher crackdown
