Okay, I've been a smuggler for several months and have had no problems with slicing at master level and as for the 95% scan resistance, I don't know if thats working because I've only been scanned once and I failed. But the question is about the 25% Faction Reduction. I recently started a heavy faction grind and in the process realized I'm paying face value for faction items and rank. Where's my reduction gone? This is verified by my friend who also is a master smuggler in the same faction and he's getting the discount. I've put in a CS ticket and bugged it but I was wondering if it's happened to anyone else?

that could be it......

Non-human imperials recieve penalies on daction perks.

Non-human penalties are still reduced by being a Master Smuggler. I paid 14175FP for an AT-ST yesterday instead of the 18900FP I would normally pay as a Zabrak.

Imperial and Human. My friend I refered to is Bothan and still got the 25% reduction so that can't be it.

So we know that a Bothan and a Zabrak are getting the discount, I would say we can assume that all non-humans are. Can we get another Human to check and see what the prices are?

i'm human and was a rebel during the story arc so i was getting a 30% discount. i switched sides and am now getting the 30% discount as an imperial.

what are the 'face value' prices? if you're paying like 7k for an at-st or like 1050 for a set of st boots, those are the correct prices.

Hmm, thats the face value I was seeing. So there is no 25% (smuggler reduction) off of that? I thought that was the standard 30% off as the losing side.

That's the smuggler discounted cost—an AT-ST for a non-smuggler runs 9450FP.

Okay, that makes sense I guess. The real reason I asked is because what I saw being deducted from my faction versus what my friend's faction was being charged were two different things. Master Sgt. costs 2500 over minimum and it would charge me 2500, but for him it would charge the initial 2500 but only deduct 1875 points. (25% discount). Am I missing something?
