Thread: Underworld tree... does it actually DO anything at all?

It's supposed to be there...
I assume it's there, but it's not as if I ahve a way to rate it's effectiveness

All of the skill boxes are blank except the 1st one for language comprehension-- which is a joke since everybody already knows all the languages in the game...

I was also wondering that the "Underworld" tree did... But I think that I will not get it since Im not a PvP person, and all the bonuses seem to be PvP specific.

Well, it also uses upfourteen skillpoints...
Anyway, I think the Underworld branch needs some polish, I'm a Master Smuggler, and can't get past the scans. I'm thinking that the higher your rank in the Rebellion makes it harder to evade scans. I mean, they never find any contraband on me, but they keep making me Overt. I have a feeling that Rank on both sides plays an important role. High ranking officers of the Rebellion and the Empire are equally effected, but inversely. I'm Lieutenant Colonel and no matter what happens, I can't keep them from making me Overt.
I'm also getting tired of this auto-dismounting they do. I mean, if they show up like that and tell me this while I'm riding my swoop across the hills, I'm not gonna jump off. I'm gonna keep riding. Perhaps Smugglers should get a skill in tier four of Underworld that lets us stay mounted when Stormies try to scan us.

not reallly, and neither does the master box, cept for the ability, although hardly ever does anymore, to slice at t a higher % than slice 4.... WELCOME TO SMUGGLER !!! lol

The higher rank you are in the rebellion , the easier it is to evade scans..Im master smuggler and a colonel and havent been made overt by a scan yet , and have been scanned at least 5 + times..

I've been scanned well over 100 times, I'm a Rebel Captain (I stopped at Captain because it has a nice ring to it). I make it a point to go through Mos Espa or Kaadara at least once a day, specifically to get scanned. I've been turned overt once, but I was still a Sergeant then. I don't run from them when they start a scan, instead I go into the innocent mood and say somethingalong the lines of,"Of course, I have nothing to hide from the Empire."
