Thread: slicing bonus?

i was looking at the smuggler tree and i have one question. If i get slicing 4 and not master smuggler is there a difference in slicing ability since everything is random anyways?

Yes the cap for maximum slice is increased to 35% on weapons and 45% on armor. there is also a better chance of hitting a higher % slice
