Thread: what is the best smuggler species?

It all depends on what you want to do...


No species really has any smuggler bonuses, but if you're going to be selling faction, theres two species you should really consider: Human and Bothan. Bothans have a purchase bonus if I remember correctly, and anything other than a human will get a less than optimal cost when buying anything from the Empire. If you dont want to sell faction, check out the other species bonuses and decide which one fits yourother plannedprofession best. (Or follow my example and just go with the one that looks cool!) The species bonuses appear at the bottom of the descriptions in the species selection page when youre creating a character, just scroll down and check it out.

Well if you want a "smugglerish" feel to your character then I'd say either Human or Rodian.

lol oh yeah. Guess I always thought of Han as the Smuggler and Chewie as the bodyguard or something. He did owe Han a life debt, and if Han was a Jedi or BH Chewie would still stick with him.

Rodian out of the all the choices. They just look the most devious.

I'll have to post a pic of my sullustan smuggler. Yeah I know you're saying "sullustan? what the?" but he looks pretty cool, almost like a pirate. Once I get a few freelance SA missions done and finally get him his bandolier he'll be perfect.
