Yeah, yeah, I know. that makes me an outcast. But I don't really like BH all that much. But I LOVE my pistols and I like the "crafting" game, so I figured this would be a good mix. I want to be good in combat (so I don't think I want to go Mpistols/"x"smith. I have read much on this forum and understand that all I could do right now is slice and make spices, and I'm ok with that for now.

Also, I read via a link in one of the sticky posts about a Mpistol/MSmug/MTK. Is this still possible in the post-CU era? I think that would be cool as it combines some real life loves of mine. Pistols and hand-to-hand. anyway, please don't hate me for wanting to respec. besides, I'm not a jedi-wannabe/whiner

You cannot master 3 elite proffs, only 2, but you can dabble a bit after double elite mastery....

Also, apparently there is not much money in the crafting part of the proff(from what ive heard, personally i have not done any crafting)

The slicing is ok, but the high end loot componenst are extremely rare atm.

The specials are good, evan if the state shots are only mezes.

the template im useing atm is mcommando/msmuggler 4-0-0-0 rifleman and 0-0-0-3 pistoleer.

Smuggler is fun, but will be better when/if they give us the content we've been waiting for.

respec is all well and good... but it feels better to grind it out... and to think you don't even have to deal with crafting spice and slicing endless crates of CDEF pistols to grind it out.....

yeah, but i've ground out pistol xp endlessly, having mastered pistoleer TWICE. I really have no desire to just shoot stuff with pistols, as i've proven to be quite proficient at that. I'd be more inclined to grind it out if it was anything but pistol xp.

There was no spice grinding and slicing xp anymore. It is all pistol experience to master. And seeing as you said that you have grinded lots of pistol experience... that seems good enough. I don't speak for all the smuggler community, but alot of us don't really care about respec smugglers like other characters care about their respec professions.
