Thread: Feign Death in PvE

Anyone notice if they were still getting hit while feigned while fighting mobs? Why I ask is I was out with a group hunting Krayts and when I feigned today I was still getting hit by the Dragon and still getting dizzied and stund and all the other fun stuff as well as seeing my HAM going down as well. Has this bug come up with the last update or what?

If I understand what your saying.. then no its not a bug. We are able to be hit when feigned death but usually not by mobs. The reason you're still getting hit by the krayts is because they have an AOE (Area of effect) attack. While the dragon isn't targeting you, because it thinks you're dead, you're still being hit with its AOE which hits everybody within its range.

It's happened to me a few times before. Pretty rare, though. I didn't think about the AOE thing...

Thanks for a clarification on the AOE. That had to be what was happening. Is the dizzy attack an area effect as well as stun?
