what lvl on smuggler do i need to be able to slice terminal to getfraction points is it just slicing 1?

iwasnt aware that faction could be gained from terminal slicing. just about 1/3 more in payout for a mission., i think faction stuffis in the underworld tree.

At slicing 1, slicing a faction terminal will give you more credits and more faction points then normal for completing the mission, you have to complete the mission to get the points. At Underworld 4 you can purchase faction points from a recruter. You can buy 10 points for 1000 cradits, or 125 points for 10,000 credits. This only words if you have less then 500 faction points.
