Hey

I don't know if anyone had that idea already, but wouldnt be great, smugglers could do illegal travel tickets, even crated, which they would sell under price. But users will get catched from time to time and have to pay a fee somehow ??

Interesting idea, Jirob, but I think most smugglers want actualSmuggling, not more illegal activity.This idea is not far off, though, as you are indirectly moving people in an illegal manner.
