I've noticed that some sites say Eng 4 is required for Novice Smuggler and others do not, just Brawler 4 and Pistols 4. Did it use to require Eng 4 and has been changed ?

I don't think it's been eng 4 since Beta, sounds like a pretty out of date site.

I think the Prima Guilde to SWG still lists Eng4. Their book appears to have been based on beta... or Fruitloops (tm).
