Was a smuggler for 9 months on eclipse , before i got peed off at the smuggler revamp being put back every month , being just a slice monkey etc..

Had a bit of fun with ranger collecting resources and thought it would still give me the satisfaction of being needed and a sense of usfullness to the server. But i was wrong ,yer jobs were easy to come by but there never seemed to be the appriciation shown as what i recieved when i used to get a +30% slice...!

So i have decided to once again take the slicing knife up again and rejoin the smugglers guild, there seems to be something special about a smuggler , a sense of perpose , not sure what it is ? but i knew i missed it when i dropped smuggler.

Do other smugglers feel the same about the profession ? or is it me gone mad ?

Plus whats the deal with tools not auto pulling out of crates ? i knew they were sorting out the problem with the knives but to do this makes big slicing jobs a knightmare..

Hopeing to re master smuggler in the next week or so...

actually it's not totally random if my 3 chars are master smugglers, initially i wanted tp test other porfessions, and all i tested gave me the impression of lack of consistence, not really content (well, some do indeed) but there's nothing to do in other profs that you can't do being a smuggler. The only one that kept me a bit on the edge was combat medic, but it's outbalanced, not really fair, and well, area mind poison and FD can stack, can't they?

Hi Guy's, i'm mork_ork from intrepid, i've been a triple master now since nov 2003, i refuse to be anything other than smuggler since that is my call in life lol, the other two prof's just help me stay alive, well they used too before the dev's interferred. I was wondering what has changed for the poor old smuggler in the last 10 months? I was so disappointed with the revamp delay that i took a long break.

Yuck, this one slipped under the radar.

The crate thing is a known issue that was apparently created when they changed a certain aspect of the code. They just haven't changed it back yet... they promise to do so though.

As for what has changed in the last 10 months? Ugh lets see.

Does the Imperial Crackdown fall in to the 10 month time-frame? If not...
