Laser knife is a must have to slice?

FAN increases success?

Molecular Clamp is 100% success?

Are there any other tools?

thats all the tools to get the job done ....but you will need to get Weapons Upgrade Kits from a Novice WeaponSmith so you can start slicing weapons.

Also your gonna need alot of Chemical,Metal, and Copper Resources.

does the outcome of the slices affect on what quality of recources u have when u making clamps/knives?

need to know this once and for all.

Absolutely no effect. See the above stickies. I use craptastic quality tools and get as many 35% slices as I should.
