A funny thing happened last night. After about 2 hours (and 300k credits of buying locked containers) it came up in conversation with another smuggler that although I cannot make them until level IV , I could _use_ clamps!!!
Ugh, so much wasted time!!! Oh well, noob mistakes are bound to happen, even to me
Felonius: Gunrunner/Spice Pusher The guy your mom warned you about.
Back when I started ... clamps weren't available (day 2) ... all locked containers without clamps ... never used a clamp for ANY of the grind ...
@ slice 1 I sliced terminals while shouting "Will slice locked containers" (back when I could get paid for that
)
@ slice 2 I met up wtih a noob weaponsmith and got a boatload of WUKs and survival knives (1000-1500 of each I think if I remember correctly) and sat in Anchorhead slicing.
Then ... I did spice ... then I went out with a novice doc friend (before buffs were around) and started shooting critters afraid to leave Tatooine. Then he finally talked me into Dathomir Baznitches
... all the way to master....

never destroyed one container guess im just different
You never destroyed one container because you used clamps that someone else made to open them.
When the game first started, no one was at Slicing IV, so there were no clamps to use.
