hey guys just wondering here but when i got slicing 4 i didn't really notice much difference after i hit master smuggler....is there any benefit to master smuggler in slicing terms? (no terms, not terminals 
)

You get better slices with master smuggler then just slicing 4.

for example you can hit 35% weapon slices at master,i think its 30% on slicing 4

I believe the min % you can hit is raised as well.
