To be honest, other than knowing that JTL is coming, I haven't paid much attention to it. I'm not planning on buying it right away since there aren't enough hours in a day to play now. I believethere are Faction-specific ships?

Anyway, my question concerns Faction Points and JTL. I am a rebel colonel. I have made some money selling FP, but only when people have sent me tells. It is NOT my main source of income. Is there any reason to expect a significant jump in FP sales when JTL comes out? As I mentioned elsewhere, I will have to drop MS soon for skill points. If demand for FP does NOT change, then I don't mind dropping the Underworld tree. But if it looks like good money is to be made with JTL, I'll keep it. So anyone have any knowledge/opinions?

Hehe... let me answer my own question! After posting this, I kept reading through the forums. I saw Caylin's response in the "HAHAHA" thread. So it looks as if Faction has little or no value in JTL. Darn. Anyone disagree?

Faction appears to have absolutely no use in BETA, can't comment on live release

Cancelled after waiting for the Smuggler Revamp for a year and a half.

*hint hint* I think it's now more of a GCW-expansion priority.

My theory is:

There a certain ships that have been created but removed/not implemented into JTL Beta yet. I believe that these ships are special ships that only certain ranks in a particular faction will be allowed to fly. Example: The firespray was removed as a ship certification and has not resurfaced, nor will it, until JTL goes live, and will somehow be either a rare schematic or a faction/rank specific cert.

Just food for thought.
