Im sure this has been asked before and I dont come to the forums enough, but I was wanting to know if there were any MSug/MCM out there and if they had any advise for me. I was a mSmug/Mpistol but dropped pistols for something diff. I like the idea of my new templete, but Im more than willing to take suggestions on how to make it work, for both PvP and PvE

Food, drink, and spice should focus on Action and Mind regeneration. Don't worry too much about health, that's what healing is for.
get enhancer packs for your heals and DoTs.
Stick as many debuffs and DoTs as you can early on, but watch your mind pool.
then go on the offensive, until you need to heal.
if you get in a tight spot, nail em with a concussion shot, and sort yourself out.
Keep an eye on their states, make sure if any fail, you reapply them in short order. /Paralyze is a good break to get those states back on them.
Remember, with MCM, your Primary concerns are keeping the mind and health bars up. Your Secondary concern is keeping them fully stated. Your tertiary concern is dealing direct damage.
Which brings me to the final note, at least IMO. Get a GOOD gun to round it all off.

I ws MS/MCM for awhile. It was great for group stuff, but when it was just me I found it 100% ineffective. I could make battles last forever but in the end I just couldn't do any damage.
I am now MS/Master Commando. Now I do plenty of damage but can't heal worth a dam.

That's the thing that takes the most practice. Getting damage done. The states can handle the healing, defense mod, and regneration issues. But you NEED the best gun you can afford to actually deal the damage out, and find the perfect balance between mez/heal/directdamage.
