Over the past few nights hunting on Lok, I have looted some unusual items that have made me wonder exactly where this loot revamp is headed. And upon some serious reflection, I have to hand it to the developers - they are trying to make us live a healthier, more productive lifestyle, and SWG is to be the example for us all.

For example, off of one Nym I looted 85 units of water, and off of another I got 55 units of Domesticated Wheat. Now - I am sure you are all wondering why nym pirates would be carrying a bottle of Evian and Wheaties instead of the typical spices and booze. I think I just might have the answer.

Imagine if you will, you heading into the Mos Eisley cantina. You have just come back from space, and need to talk to Talon Karrde about your latest mission. As you talk about taking out the competition in Dathomir, he blurts out "Man, I could use a healthy bowl of cereal. Can you help me out?"

You leap into action. Running to Tatooine, you gun down several spice addicts before looting a bowl. hopping next to Talus, you take down countless sleemos before getting your hands on a spoon. Then, after dispatching hordes of nyms, you get the Domesticated Wheat you need. Now - for the last, and most difficult ingredient; the "adhesive" of the breakfast cereal world - the milk.

For this, you must get a ranger to group with you so the ranger can track the elusive "pasturizedhomoginized Eopi". This spawn is so rare that it has yet to be seen in the game. After tracking the creature, special care must be taken to not spook it while milking it, because if it spooks, the spawn timer is reset and it may never spawn again. And - as you are dealing with that issue, a seperate quest is undergoing for a bounty hunter sent by the lady valarian - Kill the pasturizedhomoginized Eopi. So its a race against the clock to see who can find this producer of the most holy milk in the game.

Once you get the materials you need, you can assemble the components into the bowl and drop it onto Talon Karrde, who gives you 5 credits to reimburse you for your effort and the next mission in the link to becoming a pilot.

This is the future, let us embrace it.

Don't give them idea like that....

"Ok hon, I got to run, have to report for duty in Yavin space in an hour"
"No, you must eat your bowl of Wheaties first!"
"But hooon look, I can't afford to be late or I will be in Xwing painting duty for a week!"
"Well, leave now without eating and you will SLEEP in your Xwing for a week!"

etc etc etc. Dangerous, dangerous....

Ok, I think I need more coffee lol

Hehe, very entertaining.

Did you hear how the Imperial Crackdown scan teams now do the Care Bear Stare if you are caught with contraband.

(For those not in the know, the Care Bear Stare is the special move Care Bears do when they join hands and shower their enemies with beams of love that eminate from their bellies)

ROFL!

Now I am wondering what quest will require the back-wash-contaminated Evian I looted from that unhealthy looking Nym the other night. Ew ew ew.
