Thread: A Real Constructive Thread on What We Want
I already did my point for point response for Wes. They know what we want. The question that has to be asked, and really really needs to be answered is are they ever going to be willing to give it to us.
We want an immersive smuggling system involving space and ground and punishments for failure.
We want a legitimate contraband system.
We want to be Smugglers. Shady types. Criminals. Not the UPS guy. Heck even the UPS guy gets to drive his truck though.
We want things to actually be illegal. We want there be authority to skirt and rebel against. We want the forces of the galaxy to stand up and say they are finally cracking down on the things they should have been since launch.
We want our system to be meaningful to us, not just a means to facilitate content for other professions. When the system outlined is basicly volunteering to be punished for carrying the same thing everyone else is, there's something wrong. When other professions will gain more advantage and content from our system than we do, there's something wrong.
We want our turn plain and simple. Everything done to date has been NOTHING like we've asked for and been promised. When looking at Smuggler it should be looked at as a clean slate because the only changes that have been brought to it have been complete and utter failures because the devs never took it seriously.
