Thread: I believe smugglers should gain visibilty
While I like the idea of added content and engaging in smuggling and Bounty Hunters, I have one reservation.
The current system is built for Bounty Hunters to fight Jedi. Jedi are "designed" to be the toughest profession. If BHs are built to fight them, then they are pretty tough.
So what chance does a Smuggler have against a BH?

Definitely agree with the timer thing. I do have one point to make though:
If there is going to be a set timer for the BH's to hunt us, I think it should only go down when the Smuggler is online (so smugglers don't just escape a BH and log). Although I do think the timer should continue to go down, regardless of whether the BH is online or not (so a BH doesn't take a mark and then just log for the day, effectively extending the timer for the Smuggler).
There really is a relatively simple solution to this, using the underworld faction systemt the devs seem to be suggestion. When you suceed in a smuggling mission, you should get posative faction. When you fail, you get negative. When your fasction dips below zero, you go on the BH terminals. When it goes above zero, you get off the terminals. Add in an option to purchase faction from an underworld NPC (i.e. buying faction from a recruiter) and you would have the further option of "buying" yourself outof trouble.
Think how much fun it would be to try to accomplish a smuggling mission to get back o the positive side of underworld faction while spending the whole time looking over your shoulder for the BH coming after you...
