Like I was saying I find it funny how they never have time to fix anyhting of our that is broken. Yet they have a full time person to erase our posts when we complain. So far they have locked one of my treads when I asked for something to be done. Then I complained about that and wrote a full page letter about it and they deleted that. What is this " The oil for food program"??

When ever you says something that makes since they delete it. When ever you complain they don't do the jobs we PAY then to do they delete it. I guess I'm leaving.................

No since in staying with a company who's idea of customer service is delete the complaints.

SOE sucks but the CSR's who work for them are FAR FAR worst.

Now you can delete this till I post again.
