Thread: What are you doing before you cancel ??

I've read more than a few posts recently where people are going to cancel their accounts. I'm paid through mid-Jan and I'm wondering what those people who are about (or want) to cancel are going to do before they make it official.
- Are you going to sell all of your stuffand leave with your character fairly rich?
- Are you going to giving all of your stuff away?
- Are you going to give your stuff to a friend to keep in case you come back after the Combat Upgrade?
I was going to sell all of my "really good stuff", give away all of my "average stuff" and leave my character with about 20 million credits, so if the Combat Upgrade (or the Smuggler Revamp) is breathtakingly good I can try to reactivate him with a nice nest-egg in the hopes that he's still in the database.

Well based on what I did before when I quit for about a month, there won't be any dramatic "fire sales" or randomly tipping hundreds of thousands of credits to people. If I quit again, I'll just be gone...my stuff will remain as long as they don't do a database wipe or anything. It'll give me something to come back to, should I ever decide to return (just as I did before)...
However, seeing as how I'm here to see the Combat Revamp through, I don't forsee myself bailing out again anytime soon. And, without saying anything to violate any NDA stuff, I can say that the game will be dramatically different after the Combat Revamp...should be much more enjoyable.

I dont see myself quiting any time soon. If I were I think I would sell some of my stuff and give money to friends, give away some of my stuff to friends, and keep a few things in the bank or in inventory just in case of a return.
