Hey all. Sorry for the n00bish post but I can't seem to figure out for the life of me what bio linking is/does. I have only heard of it on these forums and I have been playing SWG since its release. Any light you can shed on this topic would be appreciated. Thanks!

Some weapons and armor (mostly factional armor and quest reward weapons) have to be bio-linked to a specific character before they can be used. And once they're bio-linked to one character, they can never again be used by anyone else.
