How can most of us test if there are no frogs???

I've got to Unarmed IV and am at Pistols III with 40k to go, and you know what? Sod it. I can't be bothered.



But, when all Hell is breaking loose because things are horrifically bugged, at least Wes can take it back that it might be an idea, when systems change significantly, to allow the experts to test the changes properly.

When they want information and bug reportsthat not everyone on TC-Prime can give them, they put up 'blue frogs', or character builder terminals, on the second test center so that people may gain required skills/weapons to test the new changes.
