Thread: Help Claiming Veteran Rewards :(

Ok, the other day I got the pop-up box for Veteran Rewards. I couldn't decide whether to snag a cool terminal or that harvester so I told it to remind me the next time I logged on.
I looked around a bit tonight and found out which rewards I wanted and logged in. No pop up box. So I use the /claimVeteran command to try and get the selection box but nothing comes up. I can still use the /getVeteran command to check how many days I have logged, though.
Any ofmy fellow Smugglershave this problem? I want my YT lounge so bad I'd murder ahawtTwi'Lek for it

first off are you certain you clicked "next login" and not "next week" or something? in addition, if you have characters on any other server and claimed vet rewards there, that's all you get. it was one reward, per time period, per account. in other words, an account that is one year old only gets 3 rewards, no matter how many characters you have. if you took a reward on any other server, N'joh lost his rewards.

It really depends on the remind option you chose.
Remind Me Later
Remind Me Upon Next Login
Remind Me Tomarrow(will be twenty-four hours after you select this, not just the next day)
and several others

Nope. I know I selected to remind me at the next log in. And I don't play any other toons besides N'Joh. The whole reason I chose to wait was to find out more about the harvester thing and which terminals were which for the 3 month reward (have to select it before you select the 6 or 12 month rewards).
But why isn't the /claimVeteran command working? Shouldn't it come up manually? Otherwise, what's the point of asking us to wait or whatever if you can't bring it back up until the selected time. Ah well, wouldn't be the first bug or stupid mistake SOE has made.

odd indeed. did you send in a ticket? well, by the time you get a response you may be eligible for the 24 month reward

I tried that /claimveteran command a couple times, too (told it to give me the options at next login, then decided I wanted them now), and it didn't do any good. But it did give me the reminder at next login, so I'm not sure what would help at this point.

I sent a ticket in on it. But I suppose it's possible that I hit a short lag spot or something (even though I was in a player city cantina with no one around) and it clicked down to "next week". Cause I selected "next log in" the day the patch was released and the only options were "next log in, later, tomorrow, and next week" right?

When you are loading into SWG, do not hit anybuttons. I discovered that you can still DO things in the world without loading into it.
For example... going LD while killing Krayt dragons last night... my friend told me I could still hit specials while loading in... I tried it out.. .and it is true.
Perhaps you bumped the wrong button or something while loading in.
