Does anyone else have an incredibly slow inventory? It seems to get slower and slower depending on the amount of items that are in it.
When I right-click to slice an item it can take up to 15 seconds for the Slice option to appear, and getting items from crates or transferring an item into my inventory also takes about 10 seconds.
I've watched my PING as I do this, and it always goes from it's usual 345-ish level to about 1300, with 5-15% packet loss. I don't think it's just me and my crummy 56k dialup connection, as I never had this problem a few weeks ago. Then again, I'm also finding it more and more difficult to connect to NTL, so maybe they've been messing with their equipment.

Yeah this happens to me too. I'm also on 56k, but whenever I move items into my inventory, or between backpacks, all the item icons reset to their starting rotate position (if you know what I mean). This causes it to slow down, and it's a real pain when you're trying to...do anything.

Pfft, I didn't even know there was an option to turn off the inventory spin. I'll have to look around for it when I get a chance.

I found it, under Options (obviously), Interface, "Allow Object Icon Rotation". I always saw it there but had no clue what it did. It does seem to help...a little bit.
