Now that there is no "artificial faction cap" I was wondering if anyone could tell me how much faction now costs to...
1) buy and delegate to other people (assuming I was a colonel)
and
2) buy and keep for myself. I assume since there is no delegation peneatly this way that it is cheaper. (woot more than 500 finally)

Did read them. I didn't see it.
Faction costs haven't changed, Wilow. Just that you can buy any amount that you want up to your rank's cap.
So if you were a colonel with the 60k+ faction before the change, you wouldn't lose or gain any more money by delegating it after the change.

Ok thanks. Do you know how much it costs per point if I keep it by any chance.
I know it is about 120 per point if I delegate it... but what is it if I keep it.

The only thing that has changed is if you have 500 or more faction points you can still buy more faction. The price per point is the same.
