How are they going to "Fix" anything wrong with our profession if they can't even fix the Clone Armor quest bug yet keep saying in the patch notes every day that it HAS been fixed?

Wednesday afternoon: got stuck in a building and /eject wouldn't work. Submitted a CSR ticket and also mentioned that I hadn't gotten my clone armor though I finished the quest. Ahazi was one of the servers with the stability problem and kept crashing.

Thursday morning: Logged in and within 10 minutes had CSR NormP getting me out of the building. Thanks, Norm. Mentioned that I still didn't have my clone armor. He asked me to go to Dearic and talk to Mort while he followed what I was doing. Did that, and got the "Hey, Jaayke, I've got a job and don't drink as much" spiel that indicates I'm done. Norm said no one was aware that it wasn't fixed and his lead said it would be done Thursday afternoon or Friday. Note the patch note saying it HAD been fixed.

Friday morning: Another patch note saying it had been fixed. Still no armor for me and many others. Sent in another CSR ticket saying to PLEASE take the patch note off because it still wasn't fixed.

Saturday morning; ANOTHER patch note saying things were fixed with Clone Armor. Still don't have it, still can't get it, still can't even repeat the quest. But I have a CSR Ticket message saying they are sorry, they are "aware of the problem," (like we haven't heard THAT every day since launch) they will fix it Real Soon Now and would I please delete my ticket.
