Today I sliced 12 weapons. ALl were pretty much high end, so I wasn't expecting much of a slice on each. I had everything from "You have increased the speed by -8%" to "you have increased the speed by 12%" as well as damage slices ranging from 4-11%. Bottom line was that on one weapon DPS went up 13 points, while on some the increase was maybe 5 DPS. I have read thru here and can't find anything definitive on the subject. I just heard early on after the CU release that a bug was making slices read 12% but work for about 1/4th of whatever the system message said the slice was. I didn't see a big difference between a negative speed slice and a positive one, so I am not sweating it, but I don't get it. Could one of you more experienced folks maybe shed some light on the state of the slicing now?
