Thread: Is anyone haveing trouble killing things

since the new update i cant even kill something two levels lower than me. Now that i cant will things i dont know what to do with smuggler. Making us crowd control is turning this into everquest, everything has to be done in groups.SO if anyone is having any better luck killing things please let me know what your doing.

Frankly, I'm not having any harder of a time killing anything. If you were leaning on Concussion Shot as your only means of fighting, you will have to rethink your strategies in combat. Your template is what is going to affect how well you do in combat. Crowd control is great. It is nice to be able to shut down 2 out of 3 CL80's firing on you with panic shot on one and concussion on the other... focus your fire on the free one and move on systematically shutting them down. Smuggler isn't a root and wail profession. It is a tactical, and thinking person's prof. You have to time your dazes, pay attention to what is going on around you, keep states on, and find one target at a time to take down if. If you get in over your head... you have all the tools you need to get the heck out of dodge and regroup to try something different.

I exploited the bejesus out of concussion and enjoyed it while it was live, but I knew the fix was eventually gonna get implemented. I can still kill most of the things I could previously with the exception of necrosis 
Today I was killing nightsister stalkers CL 84 or 85 I think, I use overwhelming shot/panic shot/low blow and underhand shot, torso shot and critical shot from the BH line. I prolly couldn't do that if I wasn't double elite but you need that anyways to get anywhere in this game now.
