Is there a way to tell if a pre-CU pike has been *completely unsliced* without actually slicing it?

The last publish fixed it so all items that were sliced before the slicing changes now shows on the examine screen if it's been altered. The only difference is pre-slicing change items will only say it's been altered and won't have a customization level or amounts. Anything post slicing change will show the notice plus the current customization level (100% is the max) along with the amount of each stat that was altered.
