I was curious what the options would be on these "quest" items from the Avatar Platform.

I did the following slices (on 2 sets of the 3 guns) and obtained the following results: (testing for caps, etc)

UR-68:

3 damage slices, resulting in: 901 damage

tier 1 speed slice, resulting in: 1.96 speed

ION pistol:

3 damage slices, resulting in:754 damage

tier 1 speed slice, resulting in: 1.96 speed

KASSHYK STALKER:

3 damage slices, resulting in: 842 damage

tier 1 speed slice, resulting in: 1.96 speed

on the SECOND SET of weapons, i did the same SPEED slicing on all 3 guns:

4 CONSECUTIVE SPEED SLICES: (initial speed on all was 2.0)

TIER 1: 1.96

TIER 2: 1.92

TIER 3: 1.86

TIER 4: 1.76

**RESULTED IN 100% use of slices

Methinks that this is the most dangerous forum in which to post! We've all sliced our FAQ5s for speed!

I did two speed and two damage on my UR-G8. It has about 868 damage now, 1.5 speed, and of course 75 SAC (though those numbers may be a bit off... bad memory). All-in-all, it's a pretty mean pistol with fairly high damage and pretty fast firing.

Only problem is... it's so fast that it drains my action pool fairly quickly, so I have to buff up a lot if I'm taking on some big baddies.

I sliced and powered upall my fancy pistolsfor damage; it's an old habit from pre-CU.
