Is it still possible to slice weapons more than once?

yep, I sliced a weapon 5 times the other day, 3 for damage, once for critical hit and once for speed

- It's time the devs end the bitter fighting by giving the community a Non Jedi server. We have a few servers with TINY populations that could be changed to this ruleset. I support this idea because it punishes noone. - You can support it too. Click Here!

FAQ's + ctrl F = Your friend.

Does a slice have to be done in one session?

No, a Smuggler can slice a weapon and, aslong as the weapon's customisation rating is less than 100, he/she or another Smuggler can go back to it later to slice it again.

Nono, I don't mean like that, I Mean, is there still a way to slice a weapon even though its fully sliced according to the game's limits.

Uhm...

Think about this one... Think hard... slicing something PAST the games limit... wouldnt that be EXPLOITING?

So... a simple answer... No. We cannot slice something past a) the slicing caps b) past 100% customization

Asking if someone would be willing to tell you how to exploit?? Smart... very smart.. If you happen to find a way for this (which I doubt there is) expect a well deserved ban.

That was an exploit then and it's an exploit now.

Hey, these guys are pansies, I know how to do it.

What you do is this:

get a powerup and place it on the weapon. Remove it, then Put another one on immediately.

Next, Take the Pup off, and open the slicing menu. Choose the slice you want to use, and then close the menu.

Now, this is the tricky part. Destroy the weapon completely, and right after you do, power off your computer manually (Pull the plug or something).

Now, the server won't be able to catch up and will be confused by your opening the slice menu, making it think the weapon is still at 0% Customization.

So when you log back in, you can completely recustomize the weapon, and it will still have it's post-slice stats after you log back in!

Hope that helped!

I forgot to mention, this only works with Quest Rewards or Looted Weapons. Nothing else.
