Hi guyz! well i bought my self a very good scatter and i wanted to slice lvl 4 speed my mod speed curently on this scatter is 1.28 and i wanted to know what is the speed cap! and advices and suggestions are welcomed!! (btw i already have dmg cap on it)

3. Trade posts - Take it t' yer server's Trade Forum, or we'll douse ye in rum and flame ye! Arrr!
   
4. Visitors - Non-Smugglers coming here to ask questions have t' bring beer and pie t' appease us! Arrr!
   
5. Spell Check! - Avast! If ye can't repect us enough t' check yer spelling before posting, we'll tie ye up and send ye t' Davy Jones' locker! Arrr!
   
6. Grammar - Run-on sentences and "leet speak" are not welcome here, matey! No shorthand like "sum1" or "do u do that 2?" either! Lazy landlubbers like that make us want t' run 'em through with our sabers! Arrr!

Ignore the rules at your peril, says I! Smugglers are a touchy breed these days, and we be itchin' for a fight! Jedi may be raped, pillaged, and plundered without so much as a "by yer leave"! Arrr!

I'm not sure how up-to-date the slicing cap thread is with speeds, as they're all listed in grey at 1.73. Since you're at the damage cap, I suppose you could just start slicing for speed, and when the speed stops changing, stop slicing. Then report the results on the slicing thread whether you had to stop or whether the weapon took the whole 12%speed slice. Report the unmodded speed though, as not everyone will have the same mods.
