Ok this is a stupid question and I've looked but can't find the answer. I'm a new master smuggler, so bear with me. I've been trying to find where you buy faction bases but to no avail. I don't see the option when talking to the recruiter, so I'm lost as to where to buy things such as turrets and bases. Any help is appreciated. If it matters, my rank is sergeant. Thanks!

I'm quite certan that you have to be overt to buy faction bases, turrents, and scanners. So go overt then talk to the recruter. You should see the option to buy those things then.
