Smugglers' concerns are going to be ignored forever, I have come to accept this.

We're supposed to explore and find other stuff to do while we wait for SOE to feel like getting around to us. Now the dungeons that we were supposed to occupy ourselves with while waiting are broken, too. And the developers haven't even acknowledged that this is a problem yet.

So, standard grievance-voicing practices are attempted, and let's see the result.

Reporting issue to Customer Service: Told to go post it on the forums.

Post on forums: Developers ignore issue.

Protest in-game: Protestors get banned.

Players quit game: SOE already has their money, business as usual.

The problem with all of these is that they're all safely and easily ignored. It's time for another approach.

Does anyone have the address for SOE's offices? Maybe actual picketing (especially if it gets any news coverage) will finally yield some results.
