Thread: ALMOST dropped Master Smuggler

So I'm need to change up my template.....and this goes against a lot of stuff I've said in the past.
I was a TKM/Master Smuggler/Master Pistoleer, and I've wanted to dabble in BH for a while now.
Especially with the plague of jedi running around. 
But....I couldn't bring myself to drop smuggler. A TKM/Pistol 0/0/4/4 with some BH would have made sense to hunt jedi.
LOL.....dropped all my TKM, and I'm starting to drop Pistoleer as I level BH. Unfourtunately, I can't have both MBH and MS.
Interested in hearing about other's templates, specifically any with BH.

I know how you feel, i'm Master SMuggler BH 3004 atm, and I want to go Pistoleer SOOOO bad but can't lol

actually 3040 bh will do nicely...
of course throw in some offense stacking and what you are really looking at is 3040bh master pistoleer and 0040 smuggler....

no almost for me, im droping this profession, they completely forgeted us ... 1 year ago and thats too much for me, im tired of waiting for nothing to happen and pay for it.
K, maybe they'll work on the smuggler class after jtl and combat revemp ... in middle-end 2k5 maybe, because they will probably patch the JEDI's and BH's again and again. Oh and maybe they'll patch pistoleer specials one day too ... that would be nice, but that must be a dream i guess since they don't seem to read the smuggler posts.

I'm not really into Jedi hunting, but I have BH 0040, Pistoleer 0340 (for accuracy and defensive mods), and Master Smuggler (for the specials). I could probably kill just as well without Master Smuggler, but I still like Low Blow and Feign Death. I considered going Master Pistoleer with BH 0040, just to get a cooler pistol template, but what I have now is adequate. With a good scatter pistol, some armor, and some buffs, I can take on 6 or 7 rancors at once. It's a good PvE template. Haven't really tried much PvP, other than one time. The guy wasn't expecting a Master Smuggler to be that fast with the gun. I haven't been able to fool anyone since, though. lol
I also tried Master Smuggler/Master Commando for a while, but it just seemed to me that those two didn't fit well together. I was either doing one or the other. Smuggler Specials with a Launcher pistol are cool, but I didn't have any SP left to get speed mods for it, so I never bothered with it. Having novice commando with my other template isn't bad, though, as it gives you access to the blast pistol, and another type of damage you can do.
