Smuggler Archive

I was rooting through the inventory ofa house I was moving, and came across a few 'partially used' mines. I say partially used because about a year ago I had sliced them, applied powerups, and put them in a field....then it was time to decomission the field and I pulled them out. instead of all being groups of 5, some are only 3 or 4, etc.

Anyway, I set about examining them, and the damage output on each group is exactly the same range, the powerups are not on, they do not say 'modified by a smuggler' and they do not give a slice option. It seemed a little odd, but could easily be explained as just one of those odd things that happens as goods ride through patches. These mines were definitely made and sliced before the patch that added the 'modified by a smuggler' text.

I don't have any new mines to play with...can we still slice them? Does the 'modified by a smuggler' text get attached to them when we do? Are there so many buffs out there that no one uses mines any more?

I sliced 107 mines about a month or so ago...you can still slice them...not sure on whether they say they've been altered by a Smuggler...I can check when I get logged in later.

Ok the mines that I sliced a few weeks ago...when you look at them in your inventory it does say that they have been altered by a smuggler. Chances are, perhaps, that the ones you have don't say that because they were sliced before that was put into the game.
